Humboldt Center for the Legal Profession
The Humboldt Center for the Legal Profession was founded in April 2024. It is dedicated to research and teaching in the areas of civil and criminal justice covering, in particular, aspects related to access to justice and the regulation of the legal services sector.
The Center seeks to
- to foster the connection between legal practice and legal education including the training of young researchers
- to improve our understanding of the legal services sector and its regulation in Germany, Europe and beyond and
- to contribute to the academic dialogue on civil and criminal justice including access to justice.
