New publication: Human Rights and Global Supply Chains
Better protection of human rights has been a controversial - and politically highly debated - topic not only since the adoption of the European Supply Chain Directive. In the latest volume of the European Yearbook of International Economic Law (EYIEL), Prof. Giesela Rühl takes a look at the evolving European regulatory landscape. She focuses on the different national supply chain laws that have been passed in recent years as well as various court decisions.
